SUMMER is the best season ever, atleast for me.
The Beach, the Sun, the Sand, the Waves and I'm all good with that! :)
Will share with you my Summer escapade with friends in one of the Philippines Paradise- Bantayan Island :)
A certified tripper, always on the go me spent my last Holy Week with some of my work friends on the said Island. Basically, like Boracay this island will give you the same vibe during this weekend. A good number of tourist will troop down, as all of the resorts will have its own activities to enjoy from.
You need to travel a 3hr Bus Ride to Hagnaya Port and another hour Ro-Ro ride to Bantayan Island. But need not to worry- EVERYTHING will be all worth it! :)

Now, why Holy Week?
If again you want that Boracay Vibe and a activities you want to enjoy aside from water sports.Then choose this dates. Caribbean - all that kind of parties is EVERYWHERE. You just need to have fun! I would suggest though that if you get this dates, first book your hotel resorts ahead of time. Everything will be fully booked by then. Second, bring your craziest friends ever and HAVE FUN-- like what we did :)

As much as I want to share a lot of photos, almost 80% are not for public viewing! (Sakit sa bangs! ;))
All good then, but since this is summer we are talking about locals and foreigners will still give us a good number but minus all those parties by the beach. Pure relaxation is what will you get if you decide not to go by Holy Week. Yet there are a still good number of things you would enjoy. First, Island Hop to Virgin Island- don't dare miss it! Second, Ogtong Cave in Santa Fe Beach resort is worth a visit. Third, sun rise by the beach- pure magical especially if you see it with ze lover :) Fourth, Be with your FAMILY! Creating fun memories in this island will be all worth it! :)
